We want you to be confident in every part you receive from Al-Mahfza LLC. This policy explains when and how refunds are handled.

01Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered when:
- A part is materially different from what was confirmed in your quote
- A part arrives damaged due to shipping (with photo evidence)
- A confirmed part could not be supplied after payment
02Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@al-mahfza.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your part, including your order details and supporting photos.
03Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
04Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not apply to normal signs of wear on used parts, incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer, or installation-related issues.
