Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.

Contact us at support@al-mahfza.com or on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Returned parts are inspected on arrival. Approved returns are eligible for a refund or replacement in line with our Refund Policy.

Electrical parts, sensors, and custom-sourced items may be non-returnable unless faulty. This will be communicated at the time of quotation.
